Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading Treazure Downloader (“the Software”) for Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS (including TestFlight), or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software according to your plan (Trial or Pro) on the platforms included with that plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute installers or app builds except as allowed by your license.
2. Acceptable use
You must only download content you have the right to fetch. The Software does not bypass DRM, paid locks, or copyright protections. You are responsible for complying with site terms and local law.
3. Accounts & licenses
Keep your password and license key confidential. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share keys publicly, or violate these Terms. The same license key may unlock supported platforms subject to your plan’s device limits.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through PayPal (including card payments processed by PayPal). Renewals continue until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for charge-related requests. If Apple In‑App Purchase is offered in a future build, Apple’s payment terms will apply to those purchases.
5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is.” Site extractors (e.g. yt-dlp) may break when third parties change their platforms. Feature sets can differ by platform (for example, the iOS MVP may support a narrower set of download types than desktop). We do not guarantee uninterrupted downloads.
