This policy describes how treazuredownloader.com and Treazure Downloader handle personal information.
What we collect
- Account email and name you provide at signup
- Subscription and payment status via PayPal (we do not store full card numbers)
- License validation requests from the desktop app
- Optional waitlist email and download analytics (platform, build channel)
What stays on your PC
Downloaded files, browser cookies used by yt-dlp, and local settings remain on your device. The Chrome extension talks to a localhost bridge — it does not upload your media to our servers.
How we use data
To authenticate you, deliver trial/Pro access, process PayPal subscriptions, send product updates you opt into, and improve reliability.
Processors
We use Supabase (auth/database) and PayPal (payments). Their policies apply to data they process on our behalf.
