We want Pro to work as advertised. Because software licenses are delivered instantly, refunds are limited as follows.
Eligible requests
- Within 7 days of your first paid PayPal charge, if a documented product defect prevents normal use and we cannot resolve it.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — contact us promptly.
Not typically refundable
- Change of mind after successful downloads
- Issues caused by third-party sites changing APIs (update yt-dlp and retry)
- Violations of our Terms or site copyright rules
How to request
Email support@treazuredownloader.com with your account email, PayPal transaction ID, and a short description. Approved refunds are issued via PayPal.
Cancel anytime
Cancel renewal from your Account page or PayPal billing agreement. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
